Welcome to our stone cottage in Martigné-Ferchaud, set in the peaceful Ille-et-Vilaine countryside. Enjoy a large garden, a private heated pool, and a quiet pond surrounded by nature. We are delighted to host you for family holidays or business trips. Cleaning is available for an extra fee. The pool is open and heated from May 1st to the end of September. Hiking enthusiasts will love the Guéra Valley trail, a 17-kilometer loop in Martigné-Ferchaud, taking about 4 hours and 15 minutes to complete. This scenic route crosses both sides of the Guéra stream, offering beautiful panoramic views of the valley for a relaxing experience. The game room features a fireplace with wood provided. In the living room, a pellet stove is available, with two bags of pellets supplied every 24 hours. Beds are made on arrival with quality linens for a restful night. Please bring your own towels for the pool. You will enjoy the spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Parties are not allowed.
